SAS is a cultural resource management firm providing a full array of archaeological services from free consultation through Phase III mitigation and data recovery. Our goal is to help our clients achieve compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA).  Over the years, we have established positive working relationships with local, state, and federal review agencies and are familiar with municipal, state, and federal regulations.
